I offer psychologically-informed body work. What this means is that we attend to what’s alive, not just in your body, but in your body and life.  This means we pay attention to your feelings, thoughts, and body.

Through the supportive lens of somatics and Social Therapeutics, and a deep reverence of the the body’s language and innate wisdom, I offer listening and inquiry about ways that we are, and can be, in relationship with our bodies.

The Bodywork is a blend of connective tissue therapy, treating fascia and musculature, as well as the accepting energy of LomiLomi ( you can read more about the descriptions of my influential modalities by clicking here: connective tissue therapy & Lomi Lomi).  I work a blend, a fusion of these potent modalities, crafting a session with you that best suits your specific needs on any given day.

Session times reflect our total time together, not hands-on massage time alone. Your appointment may include a combination of massage, therapeutic conversation, supportive practices, and integration. The balance of these elements will be guided by your individual needs, and our together deciding on time allocation.

75 minutes - $170

90 minutes - $200

120 minutes - $260

4-packs are available to be used within 6months of purchase

If you are someone for whom my model of care does not apply, and you are seeking targeted singular area of concentration, I offer a 50 minute session, where we hone in on one dedicated area - $140

Mentorship for massage therapists

Are you entering into the field of massage therapy? Could you use some support or a sounding board? I’m happy to be part of your network of support while you are supporting others. Please reach out for remote or in person mentorship time. $50 x hr
